BEGINNER, intermediate & advanced
NOVA WC offers 3 different youth practices year round for boys and girls 5-14 years of age with as little as zero experience. NOVA WC is the returning BACK TO BACK YOUTH TEAM STATE CHAMPIONS!
Our students will be trained in Folkstyle by certified coaches with proven experience. We run a highly structured and disciplined room with active coaching.
Wrestlers need to bring their own wrestling shoes and wear athletic clothing (headgear, t-shirts, shorts).
– BEGINNER – 0-2 years experience; ages 6-14
– INTERMEDIATE – 2-4 years experience; ages 6-14
– ADVANCED – 4+ years experience; ages 6-14

Beginner – 5:30-6:30pm (Tuesday – Thursday) – $150 per month
Intermediate – 5:30-6:30pm (Monday & Wednesday) – $150 per month
Advanced (Frestyle and Greco-Roman) – 6:30-8pm (Monday – Thursday) – $200 per month
NOVEMBER – FEBRUARY
Beginner – 5:30-6:30 pm (Monday & Wednesday) – $150 per month
Intermediate (Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm / Wed 6:30-8:30 pm & Thursday 5:30-6:30pm) – $200 per month
Advanced – 6:30-8:30 pm (Monday , Tuesday, Thursday) – $200 per month
May also attend Intermediate practice on Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm
